| While we very much prefer you pick up your new puppy, or to meet you part way to deliver him / her, obviously this is not always possible. Puppies are not Air-shipped until at least 8 weeks old! Shipping fees vary, according to destination, size puppy, and size of Crate the puppy requires (Puppy must be able to stand up,lay down and turn around). Also, there must be room for bedding, water and food containers, as specified by the airlines,USDA and Texas True Blues). All paper work (registration papers) and shot records are attached to the kennel. AKC Registration papers are mailed. Our Shipping fees are generally $250.00 and up, which include all the above as well as *Complete Puppy Vet. Check (insures us and you that puppy is in excellent health when shipped), shipping crate, bedding, and our Travel Time and gas involved (at times we may have to drive up to 4 hrs to the airport-one way, depending on the destination ). Your exact shipping cost will be quoted at the time of sale. |
| Health Guarantee Our Puppies are priced and sold as healthy, pet quality pups, not necessarily as a "breeding stock" or "show dog". As with any infant, working, showing or breeding capabilities as an adult depend largely upon its upbringing and life conditions, therefore, No Warranty is implied or offered in these areas. We do not guarantee adult size at maturity-since we can only estimate by size of parents and size of the puppy at the time they leave us.. Your new puppy DOES come with a (7 day) written health guarantee against any life threatening, non-accident conditions and against any disabling genetic health issue. Puppy comes with a Health Certificate from our Vet. and a Medical History Page from us, which you will take to your Vet. within 7 days of taking possession of him. This assures Us and YOU that puppy is in excellent health! We do TERMS Any Medical Condition found must be documented in writing by a licensed Veterinarian, and verifiable, and puppy must be returned to us within 14 days from the date of purchase. Guarantee is limited to a replacement pup of equal pricing if and when available or a refund of purchase price, at our discretion. Shipping and Handling cost are non refundable, as with any company. DEPOSITS and PAYMENTS We require a min. of 100.00 deposit to hold a puppy-This is non refundable --unless seller declines sale. If buyer changes their mind, deposit may be applied to a future puppy purchased with in one year from date of deposit. Puppies must ship with in 2 weeks after deposit is received or when the puppy is ready to leave home or ship. We accept credit cards through Pay Pal--other payment options available. Please be sure of your purchase. This is a 10-20 yr commitment! Be sure that you have the time and desire for ALL training and exercise requirements necessary. We offer and encourage contact and updates on the puppy your purchase from us. We love pictures! Also, remember, we are always available to help with any training challenges that may come your way.
